Het verhaal van mijn reis naar Nederland !

http://dutch.margaux.cowblog.fr/images/galeriemembrefleurtulipetulipesenrang.jpg
Arrival at Roterdam Centraal arround 1 and the first question we all wanted to ask was "when and WHAT do we eat?"
But then, the dutch students greeted us with a "apprentissage" placard...timid smiles from both sides before going back to our own languages
And that is how the second question appeared to us "what are they talking about?"
Unfortunately, my 8 years of german didn't help me to get a thing...I thought some words were close to dutch, I am really that bad or is it the train...
But no time to think about language barrier bacause we had to buy tickets before catching the 21...Next questions..."where do we stop?" "Is it far from here?" "When will we be free from our enormous suitcases?" and of course"When do we eat?"
"Volgend Halte...Station BLAAK" oh now the main question, how are we supposed to make a group of 30 persons (15 with suitcases) move and make them check out their card? Well...i don't know, but we managed, or nearly managed, if we think about 1 or 2 poeple who checked out and in again their card...
"Just put your suitcases in your bedroom and be here in 20 minutes to have a pizza" Should i precise that we all tought "god bless Netherlands"

To be continued!

Are you ready? Time for work now...This week began with a lecture about Europe by the dutch proffessor, Kevin Eckmeyer.
And before that a quick presentation about ourselves with many "i love soccer" or "i like doing nothing" and the now famous "my dream is to get married and have children"...Anyway, funny moment to know each other...noticing already the differences between both cultures in the way we presented
Then, Micheal Pantlin, the former communication director told us about the issues due to the fusion of the French company Air France & the dutch one, KLM. That was really interresting because we, French people, all know what foreigners think about us, but it is always different to hear it...Well i know we're not always on time for example, but that's the part of who we are...latin origins...the more you are in the south of europe, the more people get late...quite sure the watch get melt because of the heat...

So forget all your duties oh yeah!

Hummm no Freddy Mercury show today but just a try with dutch bicycles that we rent to go to visi...no dead, no injured, a lot of laugh and little by litlle friendship being created...even love relationship but...hush!

http://dutch.margaux.cowblog.fr/images/BICYCLE.jpgBut let's do this in the right order, before those events, we had a yoga lesson near the Albeda College...a few of us even fell asleep during the final meditation...well we can think this lesson really worked...
No need to say we arrived more than relaxed at the college to have a lesson about Asia with the guest speaker Hong Xin...

We had a Zumba lesson then and i can tell we really loved it...a really good way to let off stream
Just like the first cigarette of the day, in front of the StaY OK, every morning, waiting for the last students...
